1. General Terms

By using the Caswino website (https://caswino.im) or mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Caswino and its users.

Caswino reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

Caswino's services are available only in certain countries. If you are located or residing in a country where online gaming is prohibited by law, it is your responsibility to refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

To create an account on Caswino, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.

If any of your details change after registration, please notify our support team immediately. Caswino reserves the right to close any account found to have been created with false information.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Caswino follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent platform. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain threshold.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport (both sides).
• Proof of current address — a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 3 months.
• Selfie — holding your NID in hand.
• Payment method verification (bKash/Nagad number confirmation).

4. Deposit & Payment Rules

Multiple deposit methods are available on Caswino. Each method may have its own limits and processing times.

• Only payment methods registered in your name are accepted. Payments from another person's account will not be processed.
• Deposits are generally free of charge, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Once deposited funds have been used in a game, they cannot be refunded.

5. Withdrawal Rules

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing your winnings. Caswino always strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for standard members is ৳1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (separate rules apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Caswino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are outlined on the offer page.

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in bets.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Caswino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Certain general rules apply to all games and Sports Betting on Caswino.

• Once a game or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled (with limited exceptions).
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, Caswino will review the situation and make a final decision.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Caswino's system decision is final in determining game outcomes.
• Using betting strategies or software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Odds in live Sports Betting change in real time. All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Caswino reserves the right to void any bet submitted late due to network issues.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Caswino. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Any attempt at hacking, spreading viruses, or other technical attacks.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

9. Responsible Gaming

You may request to close your Caswino account at any time. Equally, Caswino reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account has a remaining balance at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, the balance will be refunded. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month.

12. Amendments & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Caswino reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any change, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
